Antique Folk Art Horse

$275.00

Based on the nails holding on the wheels to the axil (one nail is newer replacement) and the patination of the exposed wood this horse is likely 19th century or very early 20th century. Appears to be milk painted paper mache over pine. Some paper mache is missing from the legs. We replaced one wheel and one ear. One ear had been replaced poorly so we did it right. The tail is missing, likely hemp rope.

Measures 12” long by 15” tall by 6” wide approx.
