1960s Black Walnut AR 3a Speaker Stands
1960s. Black walnut. These have been refinished and coated with 3 applications of Danish oil. There are a few dings I didn’t sand out because that would have meant the loss of the wonderful patina. Also, as seen in the photos, I have installed some wedges to tighten up loose sliding dovetail joinery. It’s important to note that the two interlocking pieces are not at right angles. These are true originals. Some try to pass of the stands that are at right angles as originals. They are not. The originals are as shown in photos. Also most copies don’t have sliding dovetails.
